Grievance redressal
In accordance with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020 and applicable Reserve Bank of India (RBI) Payment Aggregator guidelines, grievances, including payment-related grievances, may be raised with us using the contact below.

How we handle complaints
- We will acknowledge every complaint within 48 hours of receipt.
- We aim to resolve complaints within 30 days (one month) of receipt.
To help us resolve your complaint quickly, please include your name, the contact details and (if applicable) the manuscript ID and payment reference you used, and a clear description of the issue.
Payment disputes
Payments on this site are processed by Razorpay. For payment-specific disputes you may also escalate through Razorpay’s own support channels on their website, in addition to using our grievance contact above. Refund eligibility and timelines are set out in our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
