Grievance redressal
In accordance with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020 and applicable Reserve Bank of India (RBI) Payment Aggregator guidelines, and with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the DPDP Rules, 2025, grievances — including payment-related and data-protection grievances — may be raised with us using the contact below.

How we handle complaints
- We will acknowledge every complaint within 48 hours of receipt.
- We aim to resolve complaints within 30 days (one month) of receipt.
- For data-protection grievances we will respond within 90 days, the maximum period set by the DPDP Rules, 2025.
To help us resolve your complaint quickly, please include your name, the contact details and (if applicable) the manuscript ID and payment reference you used, and a clear description of the issue.
Data-protection requests
To access, correct or erase your personal data, or to withdraw consent, write to the Grievance Officer at [email protected]. Please write from the email address registered on your account — or, if you are an author, include your manuscript ID — so that we can identify your records. What we collect, why, and how to withdraw consent is set out in our Data Processing & Consent Notice. If a grievance is not resolved to your satisfaction, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
Payment disputes
