Dr. Mudit Kumar Verma is an educationist and researcher specialising in educational psychology, educational technology, and cybercrime awareness among students. He is Assistant Professor at the School of Education, Babu Banarasi Das University, Lucknow, and also serves as Secretary of the University’s International Cell, in addition to coordinating the Value Added Course, Training and Placement, Action Research, and Mentor–Mentee initiatives. He holds a Ph.D. in Education from the Institute of Education, Bundelkhand University, Jhansi (NAAC A++), with a doctoral thesis titled “Development and testing of structural equation models for cybercrime awareness and victimization among undergraduate students with reference to their personality traits and soft skills”, along with an M.Ed. from the University of Lucknow, an M.Sc. in Chemistry, and an M.A. in English, and has qualified the UGC NET-JRF-SRF in Education. His research spans cybercrime awareness and victimization, personality traits, soft skills, artificial intelligence in education, and technology-enabled learning, and includes publications in Scopus- and Web of Science-indexed journals such as Safer Communities (United Kingdom) and UGC-CARE journals, with an h-index of 2 on Google Scholar and over 220 citations. He has presented research papers at national and international conferences, including an international conference on AI in digital growth, and has over seven years of teaching experience across B.Ed., M.Ed., M.A. Education, and B.A. Education programmes.
