About JDJLI

The Journal of Digital Justice and Legal Innovation (JDJLI) is a peer-reviewed, open-access journal published by International Journal Press. JDJLI publishes scholarship at the meeting point of digital systems, rights, and legal frameworks.

Scope

JDJLI welcomes original research, reviews, and methodological contributions in digital rights and civil liberties, algorithmic accountability, technology regulation and governance, and access to justice and legal innovation. Submissions are judged on the soundness of their methods and the clarity of their reporting, and the journal particularly welcomes work that connects legal scholarship with the digital systems it must govern.
