Vol. 1 No. 2 (2026): Second Issue

JDJLI - Vol. 1 No. 2 (2026) issue cover

Published on 13 September 2026 as the second issue of the Journal of Digital Justice and Legal Innovation (JDJLI). It brings together two double-blind peer-reviewed articles on the enforcement and privacy edges of digital governance. The first designs a legal response protocol for child-labour enforcement in Bilaspur, reading constitutional, labour, education, juvenile-justice, bonded-labour and privacy provisions as one enforceable system for administrators. The second, added on 10 October 2026 as the issue was extended, critically analyses the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 alongside the Information Technology Act, 2000 as cloud computing, artificial intelligence and digital technology reshape the Indian judicial system. The issue's speciality is applied legal design: both contributions convert statutory instruments into operational protocols for courts, regulators and district administration rather than stopping at doctrinal commentary.
