JDJLI's second issue presents E-Governance for Child Labour Enforcement in Bilaspur: A Legal Response Protocol, which weaves constitutional, labour, education, juvenile-justice and privacy duties into a single, workable enforcement chain. Rather than adding new bureaucracy, the study proposes a district-level protocol anchored in a protected case identifier, time-bound referrals across departments, a rehabilitation and compensation ledger, and follow-up on school re-entry, a model for connecting law that already exists rather than writing more of it.
