  • Inaugural Issue
    Vol. 1 No. 1 (2026)

Published on 13 September 2026, the inaugural issue of the Journal of Engineering Informatics and Data Systems (JEIDS) brings together five double-blind peer-reviewed articles spanning engineering informatics doctrine, digital-thread and digital-twin theory, applied machine learning in dermatology, sustainable robotics, and radio-frequency sensing. Contributions include a doctrinal reconstruction of engineering informatics as a traceable path from sensor evidence to decision authority, an account of life-cycle information continuity in engineering data systems, a systematic review of deep learning in dermatological image analysis, a solar-assisted intelligent street-cleaning robot, and a hybrid metal-detection and radio-frequency mobile phone detection system. Together they reflect the journal's commitment to rigorously reviewed research at the intersection of engineering, data systems and informatics.
