International Journal Press (ijpress.com) is an India-based open-access publisher launching six peer-reviewed titles: engineering informatics, health analytics, digital justice, learning sciences, biosciences, and its flagship multidisciplinary journal. Every article is published open access under CC BY 4.0 after double-blind peer review; authors retain copyright, and the press advertises scope-first triage, transparent timelines, and an indexing-ready workflow (DOI, ORCID, OAI-PMH).

This inaugural volume assembles peer-reviewed research on the legal treatment of digital systems, prepared for live publication. The first tranche of accepted articles reflects the journal's core scope: digital rights and civil liberties, algorithmic accountability, technology regulation and governance, and access to justice through legal innovation. Further accepted manuscripts will be added to this issue as they complete production.
